“”Hi my name is Mel MacMillan and I have lived and worked in Kawerau my whole life.
I had problems with the chimney at my rental with water leaking down the chimney flue inside the house.
Eion took photos which also showed that there was a number of tiles just sitting on the roof and not even nailed down.
Eion did an amazing job and was really fast and efficient.
He replaced the chimney base and reglued and sealed it. He also refitted the loose tiles. The tenants have told me the leak is completely gone!!
Eion supplied me with a very reasonable quote which broke down all the material costs. ( no mark up )
I have gotten to know their whanau and they are lovely, honest, kind and hardworking people.
Eion does quotes AND is the only qualified roofer I know of that will do partial roof repairs.

was to re-roof and the others did not attend or reply.
Fale Contracting Ltd were efficient on the phone when I rang and
they came to inspect the works to provide a report. They listened to
my brief and provided a report, along with a price with very clear
instructions on how they would operate. They priced the works as I
had requested and were flexible enough to work in stages as asked.
